Rajindera Law Academy (RLA) — Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which students or users of Rajindera Law Academy (“RLA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may be eligible for refunds or cancellations of course enrolments, payments, or services. By enrolling in our programs or using our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Course Enrolment and Fee Payments

1. All course fees paid to RLA are considered final once the enrolment process is completed, unless otherwise stated in this Policy.
2. Students are advised to carefully review course details, eligibility, and schedules before enrolling or making payments.
3. Fee payments can be made online, via bank transfer, or through authorised RLA representatives only.

2. Eligibility for Refund

1. Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
   • Duplicate payment due to technical error or transaction failure.
   • Cancellation of a course by RLA before its commencement.
   • Administrative or billing errors resulting in overpayment.
2. No refund shall be granted once a student has:
   • Attended classes (online or offline),
   • Accessed digital course materials, or
   • Participated in any RLA academic or test-preparation activity.
3. Refund requests made for personal reasons (change of mind, relocation, lack of time, etc.) will not be entertained once the course begins.

3. Course Cancellation by RLA

1. If RLA cancels or discontinues a course due to insufficient enrolment, faculty unavailability, or unforeseen academic reasons, a full refund of the course fee will be provided to the affected students.
2. Refunds under this clause will be processed automatically to the original payment source within the specified time period.

4. Refund Process

1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@rajindera.ac.in with proof of payment and reason for the request.
2. Refund requests will be reviewed and verified by the RLA Accounts Department.
3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of approval. The time for the credit to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment gateway.
4. Refunds will be made to the original source of payment only. No cash refunds will be issued.

5. Non-Refundable Components

1. The following payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
   • Registration and admission fees.
   • Processing or administrative charges.
   • GST or other applicable taxes.
   • Fees paid for mock tests, study materials, or digital content already accessed.

6. Transfer or Adjustment of Fees

1. In exceptional cases, and at the sole discretion of RLA management, a student may request to transfer the paid fee to another course or session.
2. Such transfers are subject to availability, approval, and difference in course fees (if applicable).
3. No adjustments or transfers will be entertained once the course is more than 25% completed.

7. Refunds for Online Payments

1. In case of technical or transaction errors during online payment, please notify us immediately at info@rajindera.ac.in with transaction details.
2. RLA is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, banks, or third-party service providers.

8. No-Show or Discontinuation

1. If a student fails to attend classes after enrolment or discontinues mid-session for any reason, no refund or fee adjustment will be provided.
2. Requests citing illness, relocation, or personal circumstances may be considered on compassionate grounds, but such approvals are entirely at RLA’s discretion.

9. Refunds for Special Discounts or Scholarships

1. Students availing scholarships, special discounts, or promotional offers will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
2. Discounted or sponsored seats cannot be converted to monetary value or transferred to another course.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
